Social communication, emotional regulation and parent-child counselling for teenagers.
The support a young person needs changes as they grow. A teenager who was doing well in structured therapy at eight may struggle with friendship, self-advocacy, anxiety and school demands at thirteen — and the family relationship often takes the strain. This program works with the young person directly, not only through their parents: building the social communication and emotional regulation skills they need for real life, while giving parents a clearer way to read and respond to their teenager. Sessions are practical and conversation-led, with the family included so progress at home and at school actually sticks.

You and your teenager tell us what the daily friction actually looks like. A senior clinician suggests the right starting point — no charge, no obligation.
We assess communication, social understanding, emotional regulation and mood, and listen to the teenager's own view of what is going wrong.
Goals are agreed with the young person so they have a reason to show up, and shared with parents in plain language.
