Cancellation Policy

1. Session Days

• Kindly follow the designated days assigned for your sessions.
• If you need to change the day, whether from your end or the therapist's, please inform us in advance at the number provided below.

2. Session Timing

While we try to accommodate minor adjustments in session timing, any permanent changes in the scheduled time must be communicated directly to the organisation for proper coordination.

3. Session Cancellations

To help us manage our resources and time effectively, the following guidelines apply:

• Advance Cancellation: If a session is cancelled or rescheduled well in advance, no penalty will be charged.
• Same-Day Cancellation (with prior notice): If the session is cancelled on the same day but more than 2 hours before the scheduled time, no penalty will be charged.
• Short Notice Cancellation (less than 2 hours): If a session is cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled time, a 50% session fee will be applicable.
• Last-Minute Cancellation: If the therapist has already departed for your location or the session is cancelled at the last moment, the full session fee will be charged.
