LFL Care Rehabilitation Services is an Indian organisation providing home-based and in-clinic therapeutic interventions. Established in 2017, we focus on early intervention and disability inclusion — offering occupational therapy, speech & language therapy, psychological support and special education.
By delivering care directly to the doorstep, we overcome barriers like transportation, stigma and limited access to qualified professionals. Our team develops a tailored plan for each child, adult and family — based on detailed assessments and lived needs.

Founder
A dedicated and passionate health care professional who founded LFL Care to make therapy accessible, inclusive and family-centred. With years of hands-on experience in paediatric and neuro-rehabilitation, she has led the organisation to impact thousands of lives through early intervention and home-based care across India.
Advisor
A highly respected neurosurgeon (MCh, Neurosurgery) with a distinguished track record of clinical excellence and compassionate care. Dr. Gupta guides rehabilitation plans for individuals with neurological injuries and disorders, bringing deep insight into post-surgical recovery, neuroplasticity and long-term care.
Senior Speech Pathologist
An accomplished Speech-Language Pathologist with extensive experience assessing, diagnosing and treating communication and swallowing disorders across clinical, hospital and home-based settings. Her warm demeanour and evidence-based practice make her an indispensable part of our team.
Partner & Advisor
A passionate social activist and advocate for the rights of persons with disabilities. With a background in law, Mrs. Arora shapes our advocacy strategies, supports policy initiatives and empowers families with the knowledge to assert their rights.
Business Coordinator
Kanan leads business coordination at LFL Care, bringing energy and structure to operations, partnerships and client onboarding. She works closely with families, therapists and partner clinics to make sure every plan moves from first call to first session smoothly — and that progress is tracked and communicated every step of the way.
