Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for availing services at LFL Care Rehabilitation Services.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You can claim a 100% refund for unused services from 10 to 30 days from the date of payment, depending on the package selected.

To be eligible for a refund, you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase and no usage of the service, if applicable.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect it and notify you that it has been received. We will then update you on the status of your refund after analysing the services already taken.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, UPI or bank transfer). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies.

3. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Services

  • Sessions that have already been delivered or partially used beyond the eligible window.
  • Assessment reports, certifications and consumables that have been issued.
  • Customised therapy programmes purchased on a per-session basis after the first session.
